  Did you get my order? I didn't get any emails or anything to confirm my purchase.
Please first check your spam filter.
Also, you may have typed in your email address incorrectly.
If you still find that you did not receive an email invoice with details of your transaction, please email us at customerservice@perlojewelry.com with your name and the email address you used to make the order, so we can determine if your order is in the system or not.

How long will it take to get my order?
Your order will ship in 7-14 days. If Back-orders are offered on the sale, those orders will be shipped in 3-4 weeks. If your order included a Backordered item all your items will ship together in 3-4 weeks.

What is your return policy?

If your product is damaged our unsatisfactory you have 7 days from receipt to exchange or return your item. After 7 days of receipt of goods all orders are final sale. Please contact us immediately at customerservice@perlojewelry.com for return authorization.

Where is my order?

Please track your order using your invoice number and your 5-digit zip code. For example, if your invoice number is 6060012031 and your zip code is 90405, then your tracking number would be 606001203190405.
